By attending, performing at, or participating in a BBH event, you agree to the following terms regarding photography, video, and content usage.

1. Photography & Videography

• All BBH events are photographed and/or filmed for promotional, archival, and editorial purposes.

• BBH, its partners, and authorised media teams may capture event footage that includes attendees, performers, and staff.

• These images and videos may be used in print, online, or digital media, including (but not limited to) social media posts, event recaps, highlight reels, press materials, and future promotional content.

2. Consent & Rights

• Attendance at a BBH event implies consent to appear in photographs, videos, or live broadcasts taken during the event.

• You grant BBH a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such media for any lawful, non-defamatory purpose related to BBH.

• This consent applies whether or not your name, image, or voice is specifically identified.

If you wish not to appear in any published materials, please notify our team in advance at info@bigbadheavy.com or speak to the BBH media crew upon arrival.

3. Artist & DJ Content

• DJs and performers acknowledge that BBH may record, stream, or publish portions of their sets for recap or promotional purposes.

• BBH respects all artistic rights - if you prefer your set not to be recorded or published, please inform the BBH production team before your performance.

4. Guest-Generated Content

• Attendees are welcome (and encouraged) to share their own event photos and clips on social media.

• By tagging @bigbadheavy_ke or using our official hashtags (e.g. #BigBadAndHeavy #BBHKe), you grant BBH permission to repost or feature your content with credit.

5. Removal Requests

If you identify yourself in BBH media and wish for a specific image or video to be removed, please contact info@bigbadheavy.com with a description or link to the content.

We will review and respond to all reasonable requests within 7 working days.

6. Ownership

All official BBH event photos, videos, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Big Bad & Heavy or its credited collaborators.

Unauthorised commercial use, resale, or modification of BBH imagery without permission is strictly prohibited.
